It is extremely unlikely that today is a top because there are so few short bears in the poll. Tomorrow, who knows? I will tell you that I'm trying to buy this dip.

If that happens, THEN you use that as an indicator. You don't have anything to predict it, however. Never predict your indicators. Let THEM tell you what to do.
