Interesting presentation. If he does not make it as a trader, he would be a great radio announcer or used car salesman. 
People think the Holy Grail is something looked for but never found. In fact, it is something often found but rarely recognized.

That's the art of reading price, which i keep talking about. Most don't pay attention to price reading these days. They just jump to advanced methods and indicators, without understanding the basics of price reading. I can just open a chart with zero indicators and tell if the trend is bullish or bearish. I can even create entry and exit rules just based on price. The guy just scratches the surface of price reading in that presentation. It's a good start. There's no substitute to countless hours of chart reading to gain that intuition and experience.
