...a couple of weeks ago I received an alert from a site I was not subscribed to. They alerted me that the dax was drawing a perfect bearish topping pattern...the head and shoulders.....one that you see only on manuals........LOLLLLLLLLLL.......confirmed by their astounding Elliott's count. Today the dax is up 1.6% so far....and I guess they haven' t yet come across to the simple truth that when a pattern is too perfect it is called TRAP......in Elliott's terms......obviously...LOLLLLLLLLLL. I must invent a theory myself.....let's see how many supporters I can get

there are many ellioticians.....but only one real authority with the credentials to prove it........those who call themselves ellioticians and proclaim  a head and shoulders top are frauds and if elliot were alive today he would sue them for defaming his good name ......snort.

hey chief....I thank you because now you write to me in real English and not in that keyboard-language made of ''u'' and ''r''  instead of ''you'' and ''are''......and so on.......not that I didn' t understand you before, but if you cannot teach me Elliott, as I don' t believe in it, at least you can teach me some English...when you speak the true one

The problem with their pattern was that there were no shoulders.   A head and shoulders is a variation of the triple top.   Hence, the shoulders have to be about 2/3rds of the height of the middle top.  There've been a lot of charts with shaky patterns over the last year from both sides.  Another one that comes is the three peaks and domed house tops where a lot of the points are missing.
