somehow i have a very bad feeling about all of this.
Looks like could be the beginning of a wash-out low kind of move - short-term support was lost yesterday in the miners and there was follow-through to the downside this afternoon - some are looking for the low sometime next week from a cycle point of view, but what do I know

Take a step back guys, gold is easily at a new low for the yr and is as oversold as it has been at any time over the past two yrs - where it was at previous key lows. Miners are diverging dramatically and as Fib posted so are the miner internals and DSI 10-30 day MA's are all showing extreme levels of bearishness - I think some of us have been "ground down" by this action but IMO this is where one should be accumulating longs and be bullish. Thee are never any guarantees but this is HOW key lows are made.

also, keep a very close eye on the DXY here, its got a ton of bearish divergences into what could be a large corrective rally from the Feb low and its right at the area major prev 4th wave resistance - IMO a very good place for this rally to end. Yesterday we had another 90 DSI reading.

just want to add, the only other time that i can recall, a divergence like this w/gold/miners is nov/dec 15 . not giving advice here. i am using specific miner weakness to add. this type of positive divergence has been bullish. . i have support 1261 and 1245 . today is the solstice. dollar is toppy.. good time to be a contrarian on gold

The first turn date in the 13 instances is June 24th, and not before.
