Since 1950, the SPX has gained more than 2.5% in the first six trading days a dozen times: 1951, 1967, 1975, 1976, 1979, 1983, 1987, 1999, 2003, 2006, 2010, 2012.  The average full year gain for those dozen years was 17%. The SPX is up 2.9% in the first 6 trading days of 2018.  Will it be different this time?  BTFD

Yes I heard that its accurate 100% of the time!  Years ending in 7 were also almost 100% accurate to see a correction last year and we never saw one, will be interesting!
