There were new upside price targets given by the SPX McClellan Oscillator this past Monday to 2925 for the SPX, but it wouldn't be too surprising if prices gravitate to 3000 as a matter of course given the current high readings in the SPX McClellan Summation Index.

I wonder what methodology is used to make these price projections based on the McClellan Oscillator.  Is it in the public domain or proprietary?
