What was the official "reason" for the sell off ?  I don't buy just because it was technically overbought, had to be a catalyst.

What was the official "reason" for the sell off ?  I don't buy just because it was technically overbought, had to be a catalyst.

It was rumored that some funds were doing the end of month rebalancing.  If this is the case, then the selling should end today and the beginning of a month usually bullish.  I guess they are looking to buy by now.............

The signal remains in Bullish mode despite the move to fill the gap.  So, I'd expect the market to go up in the afternoon with a HOD.

For the next two days of the week I expect a big bounce from here...............

The end of month selling due to some fund rebalancing is likely done by now.  Looking for an up day tomorrow.
