VST in Bullish mode;

ST turned into Bullish mode yesterday.

VST just turned into Neutral.

VST signal turned back into Bullish again.

My upside target for next week:  SPX 2850.  This may be conservative though.

NAZ made new high today and I expect SPX to do the same, but may not be as soon as next week though it's possible.  More likely in the pre-earnings time - end of March or early April.

With the recent multi-week correction done fund managers are now keen for new highs before they send out the quarterly statements...............
