Yes. It's a pretty good signal, generally.
2X Fully Long vs. Fully Short = Sell
2X Fully Short vs. Fully Long = Buy
4X Fully Long vs. Fully Short = Buy
4X Fully Short vs. Fully Long = Sell

So it's a contrary signal between 2:1 ratio and 4:1 ratio, but when 4:1 ratio is hit, it becomes non-contrary; hence the name "tipping point?"

I guess my issue is that I do not see the 4X Fully Long vs. Fully Short = Buy in the poll.

CORRECT. This crew is pretty good. They're also almost ALWAYS leaning short at a top and leaning long at a low.
