I’m a Diabetic so intermittent fasting won’t work for me. I’ve been eating low carb since Inwas first diagnosed decades ago. Recently I’ve eliminated all grains and dairy. Everything I consume is fats and protein. Healthy fats but fats nonetheless. Nothing fried, ever. No bread or grains, the only rare occasion I’ll have dairy is a little crumbled Bleu cheese atop a burger patty. I do drink a glass of red wine daily. The only starch I’ll have is once per week I’ll consume 1/3 of a baked potato. It’s the least harmful starchy carbohydrate of all.
