Well Trump just gave a glimmer of hope to Metals,,,but so far 22 has held on GDX on the emotional spike up...

So looks like it is all about what gives way first now...22 or 21.50

Boom!  Yen is turning up as oscillator predicted and gold is moving back up, sure looks like a bottom to me, Hadik can be very good.

I guess just a question now who wins here on the rate hikes?

FOMC - Fed Open Market Committee OR

TOMC - Trump Open Mouth Comments

From Highlander-

For those that like to look up:   The Venus window is now open as we are 78 Calendar Days from retro...The same as last turn in 2016...IMO I still think it is a higher probability we go to the same 54 Trading Days which falls on Monday 23rd, therefore I'm sticking to my call for that day, but not ruling out the possibility that a low could be in...A true hammer candle would help, not like the little peon of yesterday

too early for me to come to conclusions. however , trump on the news saying he doesnt want high usa interest rates.  dollar looks to have put in a h&s top. miners continue to show strength vs the metal dsi =7 hgnsi=-8.7% sentiment continues to be encouraging. however, the dollar  continues to be strong against the indian rupee. so indians are not in the gold market in a significant way. gold is still expensive for them.  w/the yuan taking it on the chin it might be the same type of situation in china.  i did buy back an ng position this am, not investment advice due your own dd.
