VST currently at Neutral.

Longer term it's a top.................

It looking almost desperate on the TQQQ one minute charts trying to get it to go lower somehow.  But that's the closest thing to impossible with so many time frames with MACD above zero.....daily, weekly, monthly and beyond that even.  Multiple times so far this week, I've seen 30 minutes solid at oversold conditions on the 1 minute.  Incredible.....

It is hard to trade iwm / RTY referencing to spy these days.  iwm is close on the high of the day

That means negative something unexpected on the trade war with China is to hit the market soon....................

Let's see if SPX able to get above 2810 today..................

If SPX closes above 2810 today it should be higher to the next ST target 2850 next week.
