Remember, "Partially Long (or Short)" means less than your normal full position. E.g., If you typically use leverage, then 100% long would be "Partially Long".

4 votes for bearish and 1 vote for bullish
But yet 4 fully long and 1 fully short
The rest are neutral and flat

Is the thought process that Monday will open with a gap up that will reverse by the EOD?
Enter Monday being long but the day ends down?

I think some people position themselves and respond as day traders, while some (myself included) position and respond as swing traders.  Then the choices don't mean exactly the same thing to each person.
