That strategy would have you investing over $300k in Real Estae crowd funding deals. I think I'll pass on that one.

That’s a lite amount, really and that’s also a simple illustration given in the post. I actually have a little more than that amount in R.E. Crowdfunding which in some ways is superior to being a landlord. That amount invested is currently earning 8% and distributions are paid monthly. I highly recommend you look deeply into this platform as a way to invest in R.E. It’s low maintenance and pays like clockwork.

I would be a little concerned at some point in time, most likely not that far away, about Return of Capital, not return on Capital.

That goes with any investment. I prefer this type of real estate investment over publicly-traded REIT's.
