Gold’s net-short positioning currently stands at 83,324contracts, a 26% increase from the previous week.

 

What Happened The Last Time Main Street Sentiment Was This Negative On Gold

So $gold had a 2.46% up week for a change on that -74% bearish sentiment.

We had higher low but not a higher high and that $1220 area has had a lot of "volume by price" and is where I see a downtrend line hanging overhead. I liked the long tail for the previous week which should have washed out some bears. Let's see how long that bottom holds.
