Last week the 13th risk window picked up a minor turn that was quickly reversed. The 16th risk window was a day after the turn on the 15th, so both signals were duds. I'm blaming it on the black swan events out of Turkey that overwhelmed any normal cyclical risk that I track. A guy's got have some excuse, no matter how lame, why he's dead wrong.
Well in the spirit of if you can't do right it right, at least do it often, the days this week the system shows with the highest risk of a turn are yesterday, Tuesday the 21st and Friday the 24th.
Speaking of black swans, in my cracked crystal ball I spy several just across the East River from Wall Street. I know there must be a dozen dead black bird carcasses floating there shot down in their prime mostly by the FED. Given the shear number circling the city now, surely one will dodge the hail of bull's bullets and make it across soon.
