Looks like a washout bottom to me. I dipped my toes late afternoon with low price, OTM calls on some beaten up stocks and sectors.

I'm seeing so much talk of bottoms and washouts. Too many buyers. Will add fuel to the decline in the next few days. Target is still Feb lows. A break of that level then we go 200 points lower and fast.

At today's close, we have positive divergences in technical indicators, breadth indicators, volatility and new 52 week lows. These support A bottom, even if not THE bottom.

Exited my calls here at SPX 2674 for a handy profit. Don't like the action in the Qs. May re-enter calls tomorrow depending on market conditions.
