in spite of gold giving up its gains yesterday, silver remained firm and w/both metals gaining today, silver is well above the 15 level.

miners put in another bearish engulfing pattern yesterday it seems the metals are going to need to take out a certain level to give confidence

to the mining investors.

the fed remain trapped

now a tax revolt has also sprung up in taiwan

debt and taxes will be big issues

stagflation will be the name of the game

I did not like to look of Fridays action, close looked weak in miners, unless we take off strongly upward Monday I think the scenario for some modest downside action for a bit is pretty decent, out of miners for now as profits taken this week, but that could change quickly

looks to me like a short term pull back is in order. seems we have a consensus here ,uh oh . based on resistance and fridays action , seems we stall here for a bit. then the bull resumes.  market still needs to prove itself above 1400 for starters

This looks like possibly the final battle at 21 on GDX...

Time for for bulls to step up and blow it out, if indeed THE bottom is in....

Likely decision is made within next few trading hours now....and likely will be a big one....
