semi had an interesting article on french banks. over on fearless forecasters 

 

that scenario would put a charge into gld looking at the xlf here does not look bullish to me fwiw

 

which is bullish for gld are we about to have a banking crisis and didnt russ say armstrong was expecting 

 

a crisis end of january. a lot of stuff buzzing around out there.

Well if the problem is French Banks then would that not be bullish for the US dollar and bearish the Euro which would mean more asset deflation in USA including gold ?

As of now spot gold trading @ 1202.  Dollar basis March futures now trading down .026 @ 95.225.

gg was beaten to the gutter, i wondered why, well now i know https://www.cnbc.com...stock-deal.html

this will create a giant in the sector.  the price for gg is 11/46 @ some point that price will be reached.  this is now the 800lb gorilla in the space

the bull era began w/abx taking over gold. look for more acquisitions as the price of gold rises.  still too early to be certain that the bull is back, but it is looking very encouraging .  i look for the bottom to be put in this week.  working the 1290ish area.

agree, maybe I am dead wrong but I view this as a Bueno opp for buying NEM which also had a Dec 19, 2018 "spike" bottom at 32, todays low so far 31.94, we see
