YELLOW VEST MOVEMENT IS “HISTORIC,” UNLIKE ANY OTHER PROTEST      https://www.infowars...-other-protest/

People from both left and right have lost faith in the political elite and the media

Protesters are driven by two factors – cultural insecurity which is driven by mass migration and social insecurity which is driven by the soaring cost of living. He notes that when these two factors blend, a “rebellion” is inevitable.

“Immigration has become an increasingly unbearable problem in recent years and people know that more people are coming. In addition, social tension is growing as rich people are richer and the poor are poorer,”

The movement is unlike any other because it unites people with shared grievances from both sides of the political spectrum.

“It was launched from the bottom, completely independent of the parties and trade unions, and it can not be categorized either clearly right or left,”

“What they see on TV or in the newspapers is completely different from what they experience in their daily lives,”

"Yellow Vests" and the Downward Mobility of the Middle Class

Capital garners the gains, and labor’s share continues eroding. That’s the story of the 21st century.

The middle class, virtually by definition, is not prepared for downward mobility. A systemic, semi-permanent decline in the standard of living isn’t part of the implicit social contract that’s been internalized by the middle class virtually everywhere:living standards are only supposed to rise. Any decline is temporary.

The protesters rightly perceive that they are politically invisible: the ruling class, regardless of its ideological flavor, doesn’t believe it needs the support of the politically invisible to rule as it sees fit. The ruling class has counted on the cultural elites to marginalize and suppress the politically invisible by dismissing any working-class dissent as racist, fascist, nationalistic and other words expressly intended to push dissent into the political wilderness.

Parts of France are unlivable because of migrants, we don’t want that in Brazil     https://voiceofeurop...jair-bolsonaro/

“Everybody knows what is happening in France. Some parts of France are simply unlivable.

Brazil’s next President, who won the election in October, is known for his powerful rhetoric against crime and migration.

He also advocates taking back schools from liberal teachers, stimulating entrepreneurship; reducing public funding of media and artists & allowing civilians to purchase guns to protect their families.
