There's no concern about the safety of the financial system among those who should know better than thee and me.

That was the answer in Mid-October, anybody follow it here?

If you're worried about contagion, the thing the media has focused on all year is the LIBOR OIS Spread.

I'm looking at it every day. The differential is .23. Nothing out of the ordinary.

This isn't coming from the financial system. This is coming from the Fed.

Or... it could be what I've been posting here for YEARS...

That they are FINALLY DEALING WITH DB....

If you looked back further on the site, you could have found my warnings in 2008 about the coming mortgage crisis...

It could have been dealt with earlier, but Paulsen foreclosed on everybody when he was ready...

We can't control WHEN they deal with these things, but eventually they have to, when they can't put it off anymore...

So you can look at anything, the F'eds, Tariffs, political upheaval for a reason, but it's obvious those are all things we process and get over... CYCLICAL types of things... this DB is a STRUCTURAL EVENT going on here, which brings into question where your money belongs in such an environment...and maybe stocks are a bad bet.

and, I did tell you.

By the way, this event will have a more dramatic effect on Europe and then China in the short term... they are joined at the hip.  it's still a good time to top off survival supplies and small bill cash... you know we live in a bubble when on any given day, this internet can get shut down, and shut down for a long time... possibly due to bad actors.  You tell me how we're going to survive without it, and then think about what kind of supplies you will need to survive that one.
