iwm has retraced .38 of the drop from aug 31 to dec 3. it is sitting 

 

at its 50 dma 

 

if it takes it out decisively good for the bulls

 

if it takes out 131 on the down side then 

 

i say 100 is in the bag and possibly a lot lower
