NSIDER SELLING
An insider transaction-based model constructed by U of Michigans Nejat Seyhun predicts that the S&P 500 will be 3.9% lower in one year as a result of a recent surge in insider selling.
Seyhun, is considered one of academia's "leading experts" on insider transactions.
His model has been found to be statistically significant by peer reviewed research.
Insiders sold more of their company's stock in the first half of February relative to buying, than they have in a decade.

Does that mean insiders know more about whats coming for their corporation than us outsiders?

All it means is they think this is another bear market like 2007-09, they sold the bounce to keep from making the same "mistake" as last time.
