Ta, Cycles, and sentiment all point to at minimum a small decline into the 2750 area. But we are waiting on a news event that "Will" come. I have no doubt that that news will be short term good for the market. I saw a piece yesterday that Trump was growing uneasy about the lack of progress with the trade deal and what it could do to the market. With his eye on the market is there any doubt what the powers at be want for the market? And until this news I have no doubt the PPT will attempt to limit any downside until this news comes out. After this news I think the real test lower comes. But until this passes any position is a crap shoot.
The sure bet is to wait for that Gap on news and fade it. Any short position right now will be chewed up.
