I would sell another Kudlow& Co "tremendous progress on China deal", but that above is definitely a buy! Strong buy.

FAIL, yes, but there will still be a watered-down deal once CHINA gets its way with their currency manipulation strategies!
Both side can then declare victory, save face, and go home, with the Chinese very happy to win at their game, again.
China currency manipulation: that's the real clincher now but they will get sufficient leeway and wiggle room in the agreement that allows them to continue currency
manipulation
This is a fake pop up.... we shall see later this week.
