When the number of stocks making new highs is contracting it means it is harder to make money in stocks on the long side. If that doesn't correct itself it begins to weigh on the indexes. My 2c on new highs.

After-hours NQ trading even more active than cash session! Now down on INTL news but will pop up after other earnings in a few minutes
