Read Tom Bowley's article about the semis in the newsletter, I have long admired Tom's work, but is he serious about the semi's leading the market? (JMHO)

I think the semi's see their estmates lowered as time goes by and they lag the market. (JMHO)

About 1470 on the SOX index at the breakout point.....this can be retested after the recent breakout above 1500.  What happens around 1470 is the only thing that really matters.....above that level it's blue sky.

If Andy Grove was still there running INTC.....alot of heads would have rolled with the earnings report they released this week.  You manage wall street expectations just like you manage everything else in the business.  INTC is stuck below the 2018 high 56.53.....still above the 2000 dot.com top at 49.83.
