You asked lol!!  Unfortunately I'm only in for seconds to minutes unless the market takes off in either direction so no time to post them and don't really care if I do or not sorry.  Day trading isn't my main trading vehicle either, just do it in volatile times.

All you have done since you been on this forum is boast about how well you have done in the market over the last 40+ years, not a real time trade from you, not even a swing trade, no charts, nothing. But you do ask a lot of questions about where the market is going.

No your wrong there, except my above comment, all I've said is I'm neither a bull or bear as I mostly just sell out of the money options on both sides not how well I've done and yes I ask a lot of questions about what people think as thats what this site is about "trading", sorry if I've offended you though with my comments.

Selling premium requires timing as well, it's not just automatic profit. I'd just like to see more people that claim to have made it in

the market prove it in real time or else I am very skeptical.

Actually its usually just one trade a month and then you wait for it to expire taking in an average $2.00-$3.00 per contract and then you sit back and wait for them to expire, boring but its an income.  You kind of go from say 50 points out for regular risk trades to conservative which is about 150 - 200 points out.

And these are ES options or SPY? SPY June 5 295 calls are only around $2, 150-200 out is $0.12, unless you are trading SPX options.

But you can't just assume sell them and they will expire worthless. Sell SPX calls for 5 you could be covering for 35.
