This take off on Terry Laundry's "Ringing Cycle" theory is a 1/2 cycle of the 10 month cycle.

The cycle length is based beginning at a major low and measures to the next major low then repeated for "predicting" the next low.

It has had some interesting hits. (October may not be fun for bulls...?)

PS: (The smaller cycle shown for fun is a bit off because of the Stockcharts tool restrictions).

Mike Burk is still positive:

The all time highs for both the OTC & SPX a month ago were confirmed by most of the breadth indicators so new higher highs for the blue chip indices are likely.

Yes. I and others have commented on his curious theories for years.

Rest in Peace, Terrence Laundry 1939-2012

Yes, this cycle of 5 months or around 100 days has been doing nicely.  A few good hits from late 2014 thru June 2016 Brexit low.  This time frame also coincides with the 610 period Fib on the All sessions ES 4 hour bar, FWIW.  I also thought this drop from 2961.25 to 2728.75 low yesterday on the June ES contract was interesting at 232.50 pts or 50 cents off the 233 Fib.
