It was "buying on the rumor" last Friday and so Monday it's likely a "sell on the fact" scenario ...............

SPX A-D line.....new ATH on friday which is a good sign. SOX back above the 200 day MA for several sessions. Rydex ratio is looking pretty bullish now, the contrarian view. But RUT is still looking like crap with the declining 200 day MA....small caps is the sector that needs rate cuts sooner rather than later. This week is relatively weak historically on the NDX.....8-21 since 1990 averaging down 0.70 percent. And rare to get an up week 2 years in a row. If they run it up early in the week it's more than likely a sell.
