The Merrill Lynch High Yield Corporate Bond index made a record high today. The S&P Midcap 400 Index made a record high today. The NYSE Composite index made a new rally high today. I am not looking for a breakout. I suspect that we get another spring or upthrust failure before a breakout. But notice all the postive trends listed above. Porter P.S.
