New closing highs, sitting right against the intermediate trendline, and all trendlines pointing toward the 1260 area. Keep an eye on the MA lines, 9MA @ 1220, 13MA @1213, and 25MA @ 1208 which is just about right at the bottom diagonal trendline..... All the best....

VERY nice charts MT.... I hope the story they tell are soon to unfold. We clashed a time or two but I respect your work. Not to cloud but Im seeing a test of the april lows in the next 14 days... does your work suggest?

SPX target around 1250/1260 area is 61.80% retracement of Mar00-Oct02 downtrend. While market is near the major resistance, it has no sign of sell-signal on weekly chart. Indicators are still bullish.

Sentiment readings are historically high as shown on the VIX/VXN charts. Need to be cautious.

As I commented on my personal trading website which I quote it again below, I think that we need to be patient to get a confirmation for market to show whether it is a ST top or whether it is going to break above to the higher targeted areas.
