ive been enjoying my celery smoothies. if you like to try it yogurt softens it a bit. whole orange, blueberries banana and whey protein. yummy--pure poison im sure. i make the concoction in my new vita mixer. used sucralose in high orac fruit wafers for sweetener, which i still depend on. yes, ill try stevia soon.
bought some wheat kernels to grow wheat grass and a wheat grass juicer. i think i can add the wheat grass to vita mixer though.

i would like to know if it has any metabolite in the body or just passes thru--acidity etc.
