2 lbs squash ,sliced
2 carrots,sliced
1/2 cup onions ,sliced and chopped
>Steam until tender <
MIX:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 small jar pimientos
salt and pepper to taste
mix with the vegetables
Cover with herb stuffing (pepperidge farms) and top with butter
Bake at 350 degrees until golden
