Having a 7% day as it breaks the downtrend line of the past seven sessions.

NVAX and BCRX each had a 5% weekly gain vs. a lower gain for HEB. All three charts are entirely different.

unable so far to make a sustained move above the red "bearish support line" or downtrend line shown on the Point and Figure chart

the multi-week advance stalled at the recent swing high visible on the weekly chart

rising lows are continuing to control the weekly chart pattern
I am not sure the declining weekly volume trend means anything...one way to look at this item is that volume may not pick up until the $23.00 multi-year high is taken out.
