As Harvard MD, and Harvard trained Botanist, Dr. Andrew Weil states "For ever pharmaceutical prescription I give, I probably recommend 30-40 different plant based botanical products. Despite this numerical difference, I still see far more harmful effects from pharmaceutical drugs than I do from plant based remedies." Gee ... I guess Harvard Medical School shouldn't have given him 2 degrees
Kevin Trudeau has struck a nerve in American culture and I applaud him for doing so. I don't agree with everything in his book, but some of his simple recommendations, like walk an hour a day and eat less processed foods and manage stress and consider short term fasting (and colon cleansing) ... well, these are all proven and sensible suggestions.
The truth will win ... eventually. The status quo will fall.
Long life and health to all, C.C.

Kevin Trudeau is a felon who was convicted for credit card fraud , cashing 80,000 dollars in fake checks while posing as a doctor , and misleading and deceptive advertising . He is a CON artist and anybody who buys into his scams are suckers . Good grief , he served two years in the penitentiary . Do you need to know any more than that to dismiss him as a source for anything legitimate ??
To varying degrees, I agree with at least 80% of what is in Treudeau's book. If teaming a convicted felon with a cornucopia summary analysis of just about everything alternative is supposed to have a particular desired effect (negative), then I would have to say that my threshold for suspecting conspiracy has been broken.
I have to add that many of my patients have asked me about this book and while I like the content, I have a reserved opinion regarding Tredeau based on his past shister like carnival barking.
