Thank you for posting this, WC.
I wanted to post the rest of it as well...

I would like to point out that 1 of the Ohio hospitals listed is within 10 miles of our office, another is within 45 miles, and I have heard NOTHING about this in ANY media outlet. I am outraged.

Since when are citizens automatically opted-in to ANYTHING without prior consent?

I just don't get it...I can't send you a single email without your permission or my IP gets shut down and we lose business, but my local hospital can pump pseudo-blood into my veins without my consent or knowledge? WTF?

Yeah, but it's nice of them to let me know that if I contact the hospital, they can send me a blue bracelet that I'd have to wear 24-7 in order to NOT get pumped full of this experimental stuff, should I need a pint or 2 of blood.

Below is a list of the cities and hospitals that are currently participating in the Polyheme trials. Check the list to see if you live an area where you could become a trial participant without your informed consent.

To opt out of the study, contact Northfield Labs (http://www.northfiel...om/contact.html) or a participating hospital and request a blue bracelet. If worn, you will be exempt from the trial.
