Steve Saville's is one of the best TA on Gold/Silver market, probably in any other markets too if he delves into them. When he talks he backs them up with time-tested analysis. Not like other talking head bears who talks but doesn't have anything to show when and where the markets are going. (Yes, just like there are talking heads bulls on CNBC, there are TH bears too.)
