Haven't seen it climb this high in many months. Equity put/call ratio is way down but now starting to climb up also. I chart both of these together and usually they end up going the opposite directions at major turning points. This looks like it is one here or very close to here. Back in mid August, this index pc ratio was signaling a major bottom. It is now signaling a top is near. Am I missing anything?
