I have used it since early 2003. The system is based on a number of indicators, one of which is IBD-style. In fact, I could reconstruct most of the BUY signals, but not the SELL signals. Currently, I use it in conjunction with two of my own systems for diversification purposes. TimingCube is a reasonably good system if you want to reduce risk and you do not have unrealistic expectations. During Bull market, expect to perform worse than BUY-and-HOLD, and be ready for whipsaws, which most systems exhibit anyway. During Bear market, it can help you to preserve capital.

I was a subscriber till this past summer, they gave out a number of buy and sell signals that were so poorly timed that I cancelled my subscription, they were quite well ranked by Hulbert for the short time ,I do not know what happened to their ranking after the numerous whipsaws during the may-july 2006 period.
They have sent me a few emails to come back but I remain sceptical.
