Out of 250 stocks that I track daily, only 11 were up at the close. Not a normal happening at all.
Those up: AMR, BRCM, CHTT, LPX, PTRY, RIMM, UBS, UNM, XLF, XLI, XLP.
This does not look good for the short term. I do not think a complete "flush" has happened, but a grinding decline is very possible over the next few days.
