With GS down grading semi stocks today any rally will be sold.Main reason - seasonality and rapidly improving economy.
Qs will explode upwards. Semis will breakout.
The good news is........(I will tell you later tonight, but most of you probably know it already).

It's extremely valuable. In proper context.
That context is weeks of low Bearish confidence (greenie notwithstanding). The market has been supported by very positive seasonality and a lack of excuses to sell. Now, however, pay attention to your IT sell signals.
