I guess it's because this poll was taken before the selling.
Last week, Dec 27th sentimentrader hit that very high bullish reading.

The bull % as given by II is more steady and shows it being above 70% since november! That would be 2 months now where bulls have been roaming free. Yes, that's a warning sign. So are the persistently high Bullish readings from Hulbert. I've found that all it takes is one sentiment sector to get leaning to hard in either direction to set up a turn. You don't always get one, but if the trend and breadth turn, you pay attention to it.
