Are Rydex inflows and outflows published for the public somewhere? Or does one have to pay to get that data?

I do not believe they are published for the public, not by Rydex anyway.

It is not published generally, though it may be on a wire service. I get it directly from Rydex. Decision Point has it.

Spend the money, 20 bux a month. Carl's indicators used with StockCharts. You can do some very interesting things with the data.
