The Street boys loaded tons of OEX puts (P/C > 2 on Friday) last week which will pressure the market down this week even though retails still loading longs.

A 10-day average of over 1.40 for OEX Put/Call in a large majority of the time cause a fall in the indexes until the 10-day average dips below 1.20......

OEX option has been known as a hedging tool for institutional players. On the other hand the retails sentiment is high and many expecting market going higher.
