Have we seen the high on the NDX for the next 6 months?

With the NDX momentum topped out in Nov 2006, was last week's high on the NDX marked the high for the next 6 months? Will NDX takes out the July 2006 low and gives us a delayed 4 year cycle low in Q2?

Clues: Check the TRINQ and tomorrows date.
