where can I get the full list of IPOs offered in 2006?

I think this link will give you what you want. Go to "search". Try the last 12 months under time period. Set "filings", or "priced"...whatever you are wanting under "deal status".

btw, what I heard is that 2007 will be more "merger" year, which you would have heard it too, as more companies are looking to cut cost.

Do you see more IPOs in 2007 as well?

Red Herring is a good source for IPO news. also PE Week and Venture wire. VC fundraising down significantly in 4Q06, Jan 10-17 deals $ down 14% and down 20 deals from last year.

I think they will have a hard time going public in 2007. I am more interested in shorting IPOs. Some of them should get wasted once this thing turns down.
