I'm expecting flat... need a day to consolidate. Monday maybe down, but today should be flat to slightly up.

If the indices do not break down within a week, the topping should probably take till the end of the month and the senior indices can go a bit higher... But this says we are right about to dive...

The dealers started to borrow to make the market, they usually do this ahead of the declines (sorry for the obscure chart --it is the securities lending from the FRBNY) The Fed is also keeping the repos at ~$20B which is very low for this market...

For the completeness about the repo info, the treasury also made about $36B in short term auctions over the past week or so, most of them will expire by the middle of the month. This is why I said, if it doesn't break down here, it will probably support...
