Simple....While majority in the index is going higher, there is no conviction behind it... in other words it is on vapors.....I suggest you check today's EOD volume on all major indices ... on the other side, institutions are unloading the rest of the stocks on heavier volume.... however these are still outnumbered by advancers as seen on AD line... That is why AD line sometimes worthless... especially on parabolas.
