They may blow the doors off it in March, but it's unlikely in February. Of course it's all superstition anyway but if you go back for quite a few years you see highs and lows made in March, not February...

In theRoman calendar, the Ides of March fell on the 15th day of the Roman month of Martius. The date is famous becauseJulius Caesar was assassinated on the Ides of March,44 BC. Because of Shakespeare's play Julius Caesar and its line "Beware the Ides of March", the term possesses a foreboding of doom.
